Beaujolais-Villages 'Les Belouzes

Bourgogne Aligoté 'Les 17 rangs' (The 17 Rows)
The exceptional terroirs of Domaine de la Rochette include 17 (long) rows (40 ares) of old vines of the old Burgundy grape variety 'Aligoté' on sloping clay-limestone soils with northeast exposure, producing a fine, subtle white wine of the highest quality.
Bourgogne Rouge 'Pinot Noir
The soils here are stony, chalky and covered with a thin layer of brown clay. High hillsides (350-400m) with gentle slopes to the east and southeast. Herbicide- and insecticide-free cultivation.
Mâcon-Bussières 'Mont Sard
Our Mâcon-Bussières parcel is located on the slopes of Mont Sard at an altitude of around 350m. Facing west and south-west, the terroir is made up of shallow, well-drained, stony white limestone. Not surprisingly, this exceptional terroir of thin limestone produces top-class white Burgundies.
Mâcon-Milly-Lamartine 'Montagne de Cra
The 'Montagne de Cra' is a high-altitude terroir (400 m), made up of white, stony limestone, shallow and well-drained. Not surprisingly, this exceptional terroir of thin limestone produces top-class white Burgundies.
Moulin-à-Vent 'Manganite' (French for 'Manganite')
Chiroubles is unjustly overlooked for its exceptional terroir: the highest (up to 600 m!) and steepest of the 10 Beaujolais crus. It's also the only cru with exclusively granite soils. Saint Roch', with its little chapel, is a recognized climat of the appellation, situated at an altitude of 500m on an east-south-east facing slope. Here, Gamay is at its best on sandy, stony granite soils that are not clayey and shallow. The Domaine Joseph Burrier vineyards have been farmed organically since 2019 and certified by Ecocert since 2021.

Saint-Amour 'Côte de Besset
Climat 'Côte de Besset' covers the first high hill in Beaujolais. Our 1 ha parcel faces east on very stony granite scree soils. The soil is composed of very light, friable lava, which favors good drainage, and hard, compact beige schist. This combination creates a moderately deep terroir of sandy loam rather than clay, ideal for Gamay, which finds good rooting possibilities here, on soils that are nevertheless poor enough poor enough to produce a measured, high-quality wine. Domaine Joseph Burrier's vineyards have been farmed organically since 2019 and certified by Ecocert since 2021.

Morgan 'Grand Cras'
In 2007, Domaine Joseph Burrier acquired a one-hectare vineyard on the 'Grand Gras' Climat. At the foot of the 'Côte de Py', on the southern edge of the Appellation, 'Grand Cras' is a slightly east-facing, very sunny hillside, formed by the accumulation of fairly deep scree of decomposed schist and granite, fairly light and well drained thanks to the good stoniness and low clay content. The fairly dark soils warm up well and promote good ripening. The Domaine Joseph Burrier vineyards have been farmed organically since 2019 and certified by Ecocert since 2021.

Juliénas 'Beauvernay
Climat 'Beauvernay' is located in Jullié, a little way from the heart of the Appellation, on a steep, south-west-facing hillside at 350 m altitude, with soils of grey-blue, sandy and stony schist of volcanic origin. The nature of these soils and this topography are conducive to the production of a deep, dense and structured Juliénas, complex and capable of ageing for several years. Domaine Joseph Burrier's vineyards have been farmed organically since 2019 and certified by Ecocert since 2021.

Fleurie 'Colonies de Rochegrès
The "Colonies de Rochegrès" cuvée is made from the best and oldest vines - planted in 1952 - of our 5 hectares of Fleurie located in Poncié, one of the Appellation's historic Climats, which is currently entering the Premiers Crus race. Its location, next to the famous 'Clos de Rochegrés' of the Moulin-à-Vent PDO, gave it its name. On these steep, relatively high (360 m), EAST-facing slopes, the slow process of erosion has degraded the hard granite rock into pink sand, rich in silica and iron oxide.

Fleurie 'Poncié'
Château de Beauregard's 5 hectares of Fleurie are located on the heights of the hamlet of Poncié, one of the Appellation's historic 'Climats' which is currently entering the race for Premiers Crus. On these steep, fairly high slopes (300-400 m), with magnificent views over the Saône plain and Moulin-à-Vent, the granitic arena of rotten rock, sandy in appearance and rich in silica and iron oxide, constitutes an extraordinary Terroir.

Moulin-à-Vent 'Clos des Pérelles
Our estate includes 1.8 ha of Clos des Pérelles in Romanèche-Thorins. In the heart of the village, on a gentle, south-facing slope, the well-drained, manganese-rich, limonogranitic gray soils produce deep, dense wines with a slightly Rhône-style.

Moulin-à-Vent 'La Salomine
Our estate includes 0.6 ha of 'La Salomine' on the heights of Chénas, on the municipal boundary with Fleurie and Climat 'Poncié'. On this high, south-facing hillside (400 m), the very shallow, sandy pink granite soils rest on the hard quartz granite ridge. The vineyard was planted in 1912 by Marc BURRIER (1873-1915), with a fine Gamay variety (Gamay Nicolas) with small berries, rarely used in modern Beaujolais. Mass planting.

Murgers
The 'Les Murgers' climat is situated at an altitude of 350m on the steep slopes of Mont Pouilly in Fuissé, made up of brown, stony residual clay resting on calcareous marl.
Riesling - IGP Comtés Rhodaniens
Planted in 2016, this half-hectare vineyard is quite exceptional in that it is the only one planted with Riesling from Burgundy to the Rhône Valley. It is located on the high hills overlooking Chasselas (71), a village that is both Beaujolais and Burgundy, where two very different geological universes meet: Volcanic and Jurassic. Volcanic and Jurassic. It's on the beige and sandy schists of the Volcanic Beaujolais, at an altitude of 400 m, facing NORTHEAST, that we thought the magnificent Riesling grape variety would find a Terroir conducive to its blossoming.
