TASTING
The wine has aromas of ripe white fruit (pear, peach) and honeysuckle on the nose. On the palate, the wine is well-structured and balanced, with a lovely freshness on the finish.
Information
Fuissé is one of the most sought-after villages in the large Mâcon-Villages regional AOP, being better known for its production of Pouilly-Fuissé and Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru. Only 40 hectares are devoted to the production of this rare Mâcon-Fuissé. We produce only one hectare from superb clay-limestone plots located on the heights of the vineyard slopes overlooking Fuissé.
