Information
The Beaujolais wine-growing hillsides are located in the extreme south of Burgundy, between Mâcon and Villefranche-sur-Saône, on the right bank of the Saône. The Morgon PDO covers an area of 1100 ha, between Fleurie and Brouilly. The 'Le Colombier' lieudit is located on the deep, sandy, pure pink granite hillside overlooking the village of Villié-Morgon.
