 Food Macthing
Serve between 12° and 14°C in fine crystal glasses. This wine is perfect for 'apéritif'. Seafood, grilled fish, 'quenelles' and of course goat cheese from the Mâconnais are excellent matches.

Saint-Véran

Saint-Véran evokes the freshness of citrus and peach with a honey touch. The wine is mineral, well structured and balanced in the mouth with a grapefruit final.
 Conservation
The best moment to drink the wine depends on the natural acidity of the vintage. From a few months to 2/3 years after bottling.
 Food Macthing
Serve between 12 and 15°C in fine crystal glasses. Saint-Véran matches with scallops, grilled or ‘en sauce’ fish, ‘quenelles’ and ‘andouillettes’ and of course goat cheese from the Mâconnais.

En Faux
Climat : Village of Chasselas
Saint Véran ‘En Faux’ reveals a good minerality and ripeness. The wine is expressive when young and generally evolves towards toasted and honeyed notes; the finish is long with grapefruit savours.
 Conservation
The evolving potential can compete with many Pouilly-Fuissé. At its best between 2 and 5 years after bottling.
 Food Macthing
Serve between 12 and 15°C in fine crystal glasses. Saint Véran ‘En Faux’ matches well with scallops, grilled or ‘en sauce’ fish, ‘quenelles’ and ‘andouillettes’ and of course goat cheese from the Mâconnais.

La Roche
Climat : Village of Chasselas
Saint Véran ‘La Roche’ stands out because of the balance of its impressive structure and its aromatic fineness. The wine evokes the white fruits (pear, peach), and the white flowers (acacia); it is fresh, mineral, well structured and balanced in the mouth, finishing with grapefruit hints.
 Conservation
The evolving potential can compete with many Pouilly-Fuissé. At its best between 2 and 5 years after bottling.
 Food Macthing
Serve between 12 and 15°C in fine crystal glasses. Saint Véran ‘La Roche’ pairs well with scallops, grilled or ‘en sauce’ fish, ‘quenelles’ and ‘andouillettes’ and of course goat cheese from the Mâconnais.
