Mâcon-Solutré

The Mâcon-Solutré evokes the maturity of white fruits and honey. The wine is rich, structured and well balanced in the mouth with citrus final.
 Conservation
Aging capacity up to 5 years.
 Food Macthing
Serve between 12 and 15°C in fine crystal glasses. This Mâcon-Solutré matches well with seafood, grilled fish, ‘quenelles’ and of course goat cheese from the Mâconnais.

Pouilly-Fuissé

The young wines evoke the white fruits (pear, peach…), the white flowers (acacia). The wine is fresh, mineral and balanced with a honey and grapefruit final. Getting older, the aromas become more complex and dense, a little buttery, toasted and dry fruit hints, with still this honey unctuousness.
 Conservation
The best moment to drink the wine depends on the natural acidity of the vintage. From one to five years after bottling.

Climat : Village of Vergisson
The wine is lively and mineral, of a great precision. The expression of ripe fruit is dominant in the mouth, it finishes very harmoniously.
 Conservation
In a well-balanced vintage our Pouilly-Fuissé 'Les Charmes’ can be kept for at least 10 years

Pouilly-Fuissé

Grand Beauregard
With an extraordinary aromatic power, this great white Burgundy surprises by its balance between maturity and minerality revealed by the long cask aging.
 Conservation
This unique cuvee gives solely 2370 bottles per vintage. The ‘Burgonde’ bottle (900g of glass), a selected 54 mm cork and a waxed collar will favour its long keeping potential.
 Food Macthing
Present the Grand Beauregard in a decanter. Allow one hour of breathing before serving between 12 and 15°C. This Pouilly-Fuissé matches with the finest seafood and particularly with scallops and lobster. Fish and poultry ‘en sauce’are also some of the best match. The aroma spectrum is such that it’s a perfect ally to ‘inventive cuisine’.

Les Chataigniers
Climat : Village of Fuissé
This wine branded by its Terroir, rather austere. The aromas and flavours reveal dry fruits, the minerality of the chalky soil with wax hints. On this Terroir , the fruit is over passed by vegetal and mineral flavours. The finish is powerful and balanced.

The best moment to drink this wine depends on the natural acidity of the vintage. In the best vintages, our Pouilly Fuissé ‘Les Châtaigniers’ can be kept over 10 years if stored properly.
