Bourgogne

Chardonnay 'Mémoire du Terroir'
The wine is characterized by mineral aromas and flavours. The structure and the concentration give a good sensation of balance with a velvety texture. Fresh lemon finish.
 Conservation
Keeping potential: between 2/3 years after bottling.
 Food Macthing
Serve between 12° and 15°C in fine crystal glasses. This white Burgundy matches well with seafood, grilled fish, white meets and not too matured cheese.

Mâcon-Charnay

It evokes white flower and fruit (acacia, apple and pear). In mouth the wine is fresh, well structured with a citrus finish.

Pouilly-Fuissé

4 Villages
The young wine evokes the white fruits (pear and peach) and some exotic fruits (passion fruit, mango). The wine is fresh, mineral, lightly toasted with a citrus finish. Getting older, it becomes more honeyed with developments of brioche (bun) and roasted aromas.
 Conservation
The best moment to drink this wine depends on the natural acidity of the vintage. In the best vintages, our Pouilly-Fuissé ‘Les 4 Villages’ will blossom in a good cellar for more than 10 years.

La Croix Pardon
Fine, elegant, and mineral, the wine is rather ample in mouth, lightly toasted with an almond touch. The finish is rich and fresh (citronella, grapefruit). These aromas will become more complex after a few year aging.

The best moment to drink this wine depends on the natural acidity of the vintage. The best expression will reveal itself between 3 and 5 years after bottling.
